Returns and Exchanges

If your order has not already been shipped, I am happy to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement .

I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. All prints are sent through USPS and Studio Senn is not responsible

for lost or stolen items. If there is damage to your items, please let me know and I will do all that I can to make it right.

Payment is due at time of purchase. Items will not ship until payment has processed. 
Sales tax applies to all Washington state residents.


All domestic items are shipped with USPS, which has a delivery time of anywhere from 1-6 days.

All items are packaged in stay flat mailers or poster tubes and sent out in 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner) after an order is placed

unless otherwise noted in the listing. During the holiday season, please allow up to one week days for processing in addition to shipping time.

As stated above, please allow 3-5 business days for processing in addition to the shipping time. 

If an order has been returned by USPS because of an error in name or address, we will re-ship the item;

however customers will be responsible for paying the additional shipping.

If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items except for cases of damage (referenced above).

Color Variation

Monitors can vary slightly in color. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that the color your monitor shows will match the color of the final piece exactly.
